Die Altbauwohnung hat -wie es sich für eine Altbauwohnung gehört- hohe Decken. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigem Laminat ausgelegt und gut geschnitten. Bad, Wc und Küche sind weiß gefließt. Jeder Raum ist durch die großen Fenster lichtdurchflutet und freundlich.
Von einem langen Flur aus kommt man in alle Räume. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Das Bad ist groß genug und von dort aus kommt man auf einen großzügigen Balkon.
Bei der Küche handelt es sich um eine Wohnküche, die dann als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird. Die Küche ohne Kühlschrank ist für 250 € abzulösen.
Die WG-Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und hell. Ich kann keine Möbel außer eventuell einen Schreibtisch (30 €) abgeben. Ich kann garantieren, dass das Zimmer und allgemein die Wohnung sehr WG-tauglich (ca. 14 m²) sind.
Die Altbauwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen aber dennoch zentralen Gegend. Die Nachbarn habe ich als aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit erlebt. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine Grünanlage und Ubahn, Tram und Bus sind in 3-4 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Man kommt auch ohne weiteres zu Fuß schnell in die Stadt.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut. Gleich in der Nähe sind Rewe, Netto, eine Apotheke und ein DM.
Ich ziehe aus und suche eine/n Nachfolger/in.
