Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und ist nicht möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ebenso befindet sich eine schöne relativ neue Küche in der Wohnung.
Vor der Haustür fährt die Straßenbahn (Linie 8) sowie Bus (Linie 43) ab.
Mehrere Supermärkte (Norma, Penny, Rewe, Can-Markt) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso ist ein Bäcker gut zu erreichen.
Der Aufseßplatz sowie der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Derzeit bewohne ich die Vierzimmerwohnung mit meinem 12-jährigen Sohn. Aufgrund des Auszugs meiner Töchter ist die Wohnung für uns zu groß geworden und wir wünschen uns eine Frau, welche bei uns einzieht.
Falls du Raucherin bist, kannst du auf dem Balkon rauchen. In der Wohnung möchte ich es nicht.
