Ich biete mein schönes Zimmer in einer WG im wunderschönen Gostenhof ab 15. April an. Die WG hat einen schönen Balkon in Richtung Süden. Das Bad ist groß und die Toilette ist vom Bad getrennt. Die Küche ist groß, neu und hat einen großen Kühlschrank und viel Stauraum.
Die WG ist keine "Feier" oder klassische Studenten-WG, sondern eher eine gemütliche WG mit jungen Erwachsenen, die Vollzeit arbeiten. Dennoch sind wir offen für jedermann, natürlich auch Studenten.
Der Stadtteil Gostenhof ist einer der beliebtesten in Nürnberg. Viele Bars und Cafés sorgen für eine tolle Atmosphäre.

I am offering my beautiful room in a shared flat in Gostenhof from 15 April. The flat share has a nice balcony facing south. The bathroom is large and the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The kitchen is large, new and has a spacious fridge and plenty of storage space.
The flat share is not a student flat share, but rather a cosy flat share with young adults who work full-time.
The Gostenhof neighbourhood is one of the most popular in Nuremberg. Lots of bars and cafes make for a great atmosphere.

Unsere traumhafte Wohnung liegt unmittelbar (1 min zu Fuß) am Petra Kelly Platz .
Der Rosenau-Park ist ca 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Plärrer sind10 Fußminuten weg. S-Bahn und U-Bahn sind an der Haltestelle "Rothenburger Straße" in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 20 min zu Fuß oder 5 mit dem Rad.
Die Altstadt ist ca 20 Gehminuten weg.
Generell alles in der Altstadt ist zu Fuß und mit dem Rad leicht erreichbar.
Die Lage ist sehr beliebt bei Adidas und Puma Mitarbeitern, sowie Menschen von jeder Herkunft.
Our marvellous flat is located directly (1 min walk) at Petra Kelly Platz.

Gemütliche WG, in der ein harmonisches Miteinander herrscht. Jeder verbringt gern Zeit mit anderen, trotzdem auch gern allein.
Anica macht eine Ausbildung zur Modeschneiderin und Fred ist Kameramann bei PUMA.
Im Sommer gibt es hier bestimmt ein paar Balkonzusammenkünfte in unserer Wohnung.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr entspannt.

Cosy shared flat with a harmonious atmosphere. Everyone enjoys spending time with others, but also likes to be alone.
Anica is training to be a fashion tailor and Fred is a cameraman at PUMA.
In summer, there are bound to be a few balcony get-togethers in our flat.
The neighbourhood is very relaxed.
