Da meine Mitbewohnerin bald ins Ausland zieht, ist eine 22 qm große Wohnung in einer 110 qm großen Wohngemeinschaft mit mir frei.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stadtpark und ist nur 50 Meter von der U-Bahn-Station Reenweg (10 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen, 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 7 zum Plärrer) und 200 Meter von der adidas Bushaltestelle entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes befinden sich ein Supermarkt und eine Apotheke. Ein einfacher 10-minütiger Spaziergang trennt dich von der Innenstadt. Für Laufbegeisterte ist der Wöhrder See/Wiese nur 1km entfernt.
Über die A3 kannst du bequem zur Arbeit pendeln. Bei Bedarf bietet das Gebäude auch private Parkplätze an (40€/Monat).
