I'll finish my internship on Feb 5th and I am looking someone who can take my room. The flat is located 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Rathenauplatz U-bahn. The area is close to supermarkets, banks and shops. The flat has a kitchen, toilet, living room, bathroom and balcony.
My roommates are Germans professional workers that can speak English and German.
The deposit is 500 Euros and the rent is 375 Euros included all bills(internet, water, heating and electricity).
