Hallo,
ich bin neu in die Wohnung eingezogen und suche noch eine nette Mitbewohnerin.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Jugendstilhaus. Der Stadtpark ist 10 min zu Fuss entfernt und am Wöhrder See ist man in 7 Minuten. Es gibt ein geräumiges Bad, separates WC, eine kleine Küche mit Balkon für einen Morgenkaffee bzw. ein Weinchen am Abend...Das zu vergebene Zimmer hat hohe Decken und einen hellen Laminatboden.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin (mit WG Erfahrung) mit der man sich unterhalten, mal weggehen, mal gemütlich einen Film anschauen kann - die es aber auch versteht, wenn man nach einem stressigen Tag die Tür zumacht und seine Ruhe haben will.
