Da meine Mitbewohnerin leider auszieht, suche ich, Thomas (33), für unsere super 2-er WG ab 01.02.2013 eine(n) neuen Mitbewohner/in. Das Haus ist saniert, die Wohnung ebenfalls, der wunderschöne Holzfußboden ist jedoch erhalten. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, dein helles Zimmer hat 12 qm² plus überdachten Balkon, die anderen beiden bewohne ich. Das Bad hat ein Fenster und eine Badewanne. Ein großer Dachboden und Keller ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ca. 55 m² groß. Der Innenhof des Hauses ist begrünt und sehr schön.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle Stresemannplatz ist in 1 min zu erreichen, die U-Bahn-Haltestellen Rathenauplatz und Rennweg sind nur 5 min entfernt. Norma, Edeka, Rewe, dm, Bäcker, Kino… in unmittelbarer Nähe. 15 min zu Fuß zur Uni und zur FH. Die Feldgasse ist eine ruhige Seitenstraße zum Stresemannplatz.
Es soll keine Zweck-WG werden. Da ich berufstätig bin, gibts keine Parties unter der Woche aber gerne am Wochenende. Öfter ist auch ein süßer Hund und meine Freundin zu Besuch.
Bitte schreibt mir eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu Euch. Bitte keine kurzfristigen Sachen (halbes Jahr wegen Praktikum, Semester, etc.)
