Die Wohnung ist 100 qm. Das Zimmer 100 qm) und komplett möbliert, mit dem was man braucht (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett...)
Es gibt eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, die ebenfalls als Gemeinschaftsraum dient.
Zur Lage: Es sind nur 2min zur U-Bahnstation, eine Bushaltestelle für die Nachtliner befindet sich so gut wie direkt vor dem Haus und es sind ebenfalls nur 5 min zum Mercado Shoppingcenter. Einen Der Beck befindet sich gegenüber.
Zum HBF sind es nur 3 U-Bahnstationen.
Es ist schoene Studenten und Arberter - WG, oft kocht man zusammen oder geht abends weg, aber natürlich ist es jedem selbst überlassen, wie man sich den Abend
