ich biete mein schönes, helles Zimmer in unserer 2er WG zur Zwischenmiete an.
Mein Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was du benötigst: Großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Couch. Dein Mitbewohner Uli ist 25, Musiker und Lehramtstudent :)
Zur Wohnung: 3 Zimmer Wohnung (2 WG-Zimmer, 1 großes Wohnzimmer), kleines Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC, Küche (Waschmaschine), Balkon zur Küche.
Die Lage ist super. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt, in 5 min an der Wiso. Auch der Whörder See ist ganz in der Nähe, der sich super zum Joggen eignet. Ubahn und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind gleich um die Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Edeka,...), Fitnesstudio (Jumpers) alles in ein paar min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Falls ihr Fragen habt, meldet euch einfach! Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 395€ inkl. Internet etc.
