Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und ist dementsprechend hell. Außerdem ist fast quadratisch, kann also gut eingerichtet werden. Den Schrank und das Regal werde ich auf jeden Fall hier lassen und über das Bett können wir noch verhandeln :-)
Die Lage ist für Studenten perfekt, es ist sowohl in WISO- als auch in OHM-Nähe, die Ubahnstation Rennweg ist in unter 5 min zu erreichen, Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie auch Restaurants/Imbiss/Cafés sind in Mengen vorhanden. Außerdem ist es ruhig und liegt in einem Wohngebiet ohne Hauptverkehrsstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Robert (26), der eine Ausbildung macht und Lisa (20), die an der WISO studiert. Beide unglaublich lieb, ihr werdet also bestimmt eine schöne Zeit haben! :-)
