Hallo. Ich suche ab 15. August (Einzug auch schon etwas früher möglich) eine/ einen Nachfolger/in für mein Zimmer in einer sehr netten 4er WG (2 Frauen, 2 Männer). Meine Mitbewohner sind teilweise Studenten (für Kunst, Nachrichtentechnik), teilweise schon in der Arbeitswelt (bei Adidas) und sind zwischen 25- 35 Jahre als.
Wir haben eine gemeinsame Küche mit kleinem mit Kräutern begrüntem Balkon zum Innenhof. Unser "Herzstück" ist ein schönes großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Die gesamte Wohnung hat hohe Zimmerdecken mit Stuck.
Das Zimmer, welches frei wird, hat ca. 18 - 19 m2 und liegt zum Innenhof, ist somit sehr ruhig. Zu dem Zimmer gehört noch an der anderen Seite des Ganges ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad (ca. 10 m2), in welchem man gut Sachen lagern kann.
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert (Bett, Schrank). Nach Absprache können die Möbel übernommen werden.
In der Miete von 300 Euro ist alles drin: auch Internet- und Telefonflatrate!
Das Haus liegt nur 2 Min. von der Pegnitz (ideale Joggingstrecke) und vom Rosenaupark entfernt. Nächste U-Bahn-Station ist Gostenhof (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß).
