Wir suchen zum 1. September gleich zwei neue Mitbewohner.
Die Zimmer sind einmal 26/35 m2 groß. Insgesamt stehen 300 m2 Wohnfläche zur Verfügung. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, Garten, Sauna, zusätzliche 300m2 Dachboden, Keller, Werkstatt,Gästezimmer und natürlich die Gemeinschaftsräume. Das Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer habe ich mal abgelichtet.
Momentan leben wir insgesamt zu dritt hier. Plus Kätzchen. OK! Schaut euch einfach mal die Fotos an und meldet euch, falls ihr euch das Ganze vorstellen könnt.
Rüblanden liegt circa 5 minuten von Lauf r. Pegnitz entfernt (Auto), öffentiche S_BAHN Anbindung in Ottensoos oder Henfenfeld.
Momentan sind wir hier 3 Personen und suchen 2 weitere nette Leute für die WG.
Das Haus bietet unheimlich viel Platz und Raum sich zu entfalten.
