Vermietet werden zwei Zimmer, die zwar einzeln etwas kleiner sind, aber zusammen auch auf 20m2 kommen. Eines wird als Schlafzimmer verwendet, das andere kann nach belieben genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer super Lage in der Nürnberger Nordstadt. 5 min zu Fuß vom Stadtpark entfernt, 5 min mit Fahhrad zum Wöhrder See/Wiese. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls direkt angrenzend (Norma 2 min zu Fuß, Lidl und aldi etwas weiter aber auch leicht erreichbar). Ubahn Station befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Aktuell wohnen wir zu dritt in der Wohnung, allerdings zieht leider eine Person aus. Wir sind zwei sehr entspannte junge Studenten, die in der WG wohnen bleiben. Am liebsten würden wir jemanden finden, der/die gut in die WG passt, da wir keine Zweck-WG führen. Wir sitzen abends meistens zusammen, spielen Karten, quatschen oder schauen etwas gemeinsam an.
