18 m2 spacious room, with a lot of natural light coming from 2 large windows.
Anyway, you might spend 90 % of your time in the great community rooms of the flat (living room, kitchen, gallery, terrace, sauna, or balcony). The room is also the on the further corner of the apartment which gives you a lot of quietness and privacy.
The flat is located right above the Schoppershof metro station (U2 line), thus walking to the metro takes less than a minute. Metro to the city centre takes 6 minutes.
A supermarket is also 1minute away.
The Stadtpark is very close as well, less than 10 minutes walking distance.
There are multiple bars and restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of food (local food, Italian, excellent Mexican food...)
Unfortunately I have to leave the flat because I'm moving to a different city... so we they are in need of a new flatmate (:
The Flatmates:
Aziz - The newbie, and last member to enter the flat. Likes to cook interesting food and to stay in his room with his funny headset.
Carol - Loves animals, nature and outdoor sports. She will make you vegan pasta and is extremely strict on what is allowed on a pizza.
Fabian - Will approach you with a funny and interesting question all the time. Works from home, so he will always be in for some co-working in the living room. Sometimes he likes to play the piano. Loves a good chocolate and some fun activities with the group.
Franck - Likes to cook and to do stuff together with the rest, so he is usually in for movie nights, playing darts or going to the gym.
Some more details:
From our experience, tidiness in the communal areas and proactivity and communications are key to a great co-living experience. The sauna can be used at any time, though as agreed with the flat that you give a tip for the electricity bill.
We have two bathrooms.

You would have to pay a fee of 250 for the existing equipment. The flat is fully furnished, the kitchen has everything you need, and your room comes with a built-in wardrobe.
