In unserer 2er-WG wird zum 1.2. ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer an sich ist mit 13 qm nicht besonders groß, es steht aber ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer und ein großer Süd-Balkon zur Verfügung. Die U-Bahn-Station Schoppershof ist direkt vor der Haustür, freie Parkplätze stehen in unmittelbarer Nähe reichlich zur Verfügung und einkaufen in der Umgebung is auch kein Problem. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Internet- und Festnetz-Flatrate sind im Gesamt-Mietpreis von 285 Euro enthalten. Zur Lagerung stehen ein Dachboden- und ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.
Ich, der zukünftige Mitbewohner, bin offen, pflegeleicht und bin auch mal für den ein oder anderen Videoabend/Bierchentrinken/usw zu haben.
