Biete ein sehr helles, ruhiges Zimmer mit grossen Fenstern in einer 2er WG an.
Insgesamt haben wir 75m2 Wohnflaeche. Das Bad ist gross und geraeumig, hat aber leider nur eine Dusche. Die Kueche ist auch recht gross und brandneu. Die Wohnung wurde nach einer Kernsanierung erst neu bezogen. Das Haus hat einen Fahrradschuppen im Innenhof.
Multimedia:
Im Preis mitinbegriffen ist die Nutzung von T-Entertain (IPTV), man hat also ca. 80 Kanaele, eigener Media Receiver oder Computer vorrausgesetzt. Zur Not haben wir auch eine leistungsstarke DVB-T Antenne. Auch mitinbegriffen ist die Nutzung von 16k-DSL und die der Festnetz-Flatrate.
Verkehrsanbindung:
Zur U-Bahn-Station Schoppershof braucht man ca. 2 Minuten ab der Wohnungstuer. Von dort aus braucht man noch 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Infrastruktur:
Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Bio-Gemueseladen. Verschiedene Supermaerkte (auch Discounter) sind nicht weiter als 5 Minuten vom Wohnort entfernt. Das riesige Mercado-Einkaufscenter, das jeden Wunsch abdeckt, ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
