Hallo,
bei unserer WG werden jetzt zwei Zimmer frei. Dieses Zimmer ist bereits ab nächster Woche frei (07.02.) bis zum 30. Juni. Unser Mitbewohner legt ein Auslandssemester ein.
Das Zimmer ist 11 qm groß und hell. Es ist voll möbliert und verfügt über Jalousien.
Die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 210 € (inkl. Strom, Heizung & Internet). Die Kaution beträgt 200 €.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.
Die Aufteilung der WG:
Das freie Zimmer : ca. 11 qm
Die anderen Zimmer: ca. 15, 20 , 9 qm
WC + Badezimmer: ca 4 qm
Küche: ca. 8 qm
Abstellkammer: ca. 1 qm
Flur: ca. 12 qm
Die Küche ist mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine und zwei Kühlschränken ausgestattet. Geschirr und Besteck gibt es auch genügend. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne.
Es gibt auch einen Keller und extra Fahrradkeller.
Es handelt sich um eine Nicht-Raucher WG.
Die WG befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle U2 Schoppershof. Außerdem fährt die Buslinie 45 von hier ab.
Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 2 Stationen am Rathenauplatz (FAU WISO) und in 4 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof (ca. 6 min.). Die U-Bahn fährt meistens alle 5 Minuten ab.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein REWE und ein NORMA. Zudem ist man in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Mercado Einkaufszentrum.
Ich bin 28 und noch Student, allerdings bald fertig mit dem Studium. Im März werde ich das größere Zimmer in unserer WG beziehen und mein derzeitiges Zimmer (ca. 9 qm) wird frei.
Niko ist 26 Jahre alt und studiert auch an der FAU. Wir beiden mögen es gerne miteinander zu quatschen. Vor allem in der relativ großen Küche geht das ganz entspannt beim Kochen. Wir respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre des anderen und lassen auch entsprechend Freiheiten.
Wir verfügen über eine Bar im Flur mit Barhockern. Allerdings wird bei uns selten gefeiert, da die Nachbarn etwas empfindlich sind.
Wir beide mögen es zu Kochen. Unsere WG ist jetzt nicht gerade die sauberste aber es ist ausreichend sauber und auch kein Problem jemanden anzusprechen, dass er aufräumen machen soll.

Two rooms will be empty in this flat. This room is free from 7th of February until the end of June. Our flatmate goes on exchange.
It’s 11 square meters big and fully furnished.
The monthly rent is 210 € including electricity, heating and internet. The deposit is 200 €.
The flat is on the 4th floor, but we have an elevator.
The sizes of the flat:
Free room: 11 m²
Other rooms: 15, 20 and 9 m²

In the kitchen we have all electronic stuff needed including a dishwasher, washing machine, stove and two fridges. We also have enough dishes and cutlery.
We also have a separate storage in the cellar and a bicycle storage.
It’s a non-smoking flat.
Location
The flat is directly in front of the subway station U2 Schoppershof. Also there is a bus (line 45).
With the subway you only need 4 stations to central station (Hauptbahnhof). It usually drives every 5 minutes.
The supermarkets REWE and NORMA are very close. Also you can walk 5 minutes to the Mercado shopping centre.
Flat-Life:
I’m 28 and currently a student, but I’m almost finished with my studies. In March I’m going to move to the bigger room in our flat and my room will be also free.
Niko is the other flatmate. He is 26 and also studies at the FAU. We like talking to each other, but we also respect each other’s privacy. Mostly we talk in the kitchen while cooking.
We have a bar with barstools on the floor, but we rarely party. Our neighbours are very sensitive.
We both like cooking. Our flat isn’t the cleanest, but still we care about cleanness.
