ich bin ein Spanier, dass ein Mitbewohner/in sucht. Meine Aktuelle Mitbewohner zieht am 1. Mai mit seiner Frau in andere Wohnung um.
Ich bin ruhig und nett :) ... am WE gefällt mir ein bisschen in der Innenstadt ausgehen und ein paar Bier trinken. Ich bin Maschinenbau von Beruf, ich lerne gerade Deutsch,um ein guten job zu finden. Meine Muttersprache ist Spanisch und ich kann auch Englisch und Deutsch (B1/B2).
Die Wohnung kostet ca. 300€ monatlich und hat eine Ablösung von 435€ (Küche, Waschmaschine, etc.) plus eine Kaution von 510€. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert.
Die Besichtigungstermine sind am:
