angebote wird 1 Zimmer mit 12 m^2 in einer wunderschönen Wohnung in der eine 4er WG entstehen wird.
Insgesamt gibt es in der WG vier Zimmer sowie ein helles tageslicht Bad, eine Küche sowie ein seperates WC und einen Flur.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett renoviert und ist entsprechend in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend. In 3 min erreicht man zu Fuß die U-Bahnstation Schoppershof, in 8 Minuten den Stadtpark sowie den Wöhreder See. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man 8 Minuten in Zentrum und 6 Minuten ins Bayer 07 Schwimmbad! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie für Lebensmittel etc. sind ebenfalls in Laufweite vorhanden (Norma etwa 400 m entfernt).
Gesucht werden Bewohner, die idealerweise bereits etwas WG Erfahrung mitbringen und längerfristig bleiben möchten.
Für 12 m^2 entstehen 280 € Kaltmiete und 32 € Nebenkosten. Zusätzlich kommen noch Kosten für Gas- und Strom sowie Internet dazu. (etwa 20-30 € pro Zimmer).
