Dieses Zimmer ist rund 30 Quadratmeter groß, hat zwei Fenster und eine Tür zu einem kleinen Balkon, deshalb ist das Zimmer auch immer wunderbar hell. Eine Seite des Zimmers hat eine Dachschräge. Wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich passen dort aber ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Couch hin, ohne dass man sich den Kopf anschlägt – es macht das Zimmer auch sehr gemütlich. An der Decke des Zimmers gibt es noch Stuck, die Decken sind sehr hoch, der Boden ist aus Parkett. Auf dem Balkon hat man im Sommer sehr viel Sonne und einen schönen Blick auf die Dächer Nürnbergs. This room is about 30 squared meters with two windows and a door leading to a private balcony. For this reason the room is really bright. One wall has a sloping roof but as you can see from the pictures, a bed, a desk, a couch and other stuff fit perfectly without bumping your head. This also makes the room very cozy. On the room high ceiling there is still stucco, the floor is made of parquet. On the balcony in the summer you have a lot of sun and a beautiful view of the roofs of Nuremberg. ie Lage ist perfekt, denn man muss wirklich nur zwei Minuten laufen, bis man an der Haltestelle Schoppershof ist, an der die U2 abfährt. Mit der ist man in 5 Minuten am Hbf oder in 7 Minuten am Flughafen. Ansonsten gibt es auch noch den 65 Bus, der dich durch halb Nürnberg bringt und der auch nur 4 Minuten entfernt von unserer Haustür abfährt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man von uns aus ebenfalls in rund 10 Minuten am Hbf oder noch schneller am Rathenauplatz.
Der Stadtpark ist gleich um die Ecke, falls man laufen oder spazieren gehen möchte.
Einkaufen kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe bei Norma oder beim Netto oder ein bisschen weiter bei Aldi, Lidl und Edeka. Eine Apotheke und ein Bäcker sind außerdem direkt um die Ecke.

The location is perfect, as it just takes two minutes to get to the Schoppershof stop where the U2 leaves. It takes 5 minutes to get to the main station or 7 minutes to get to the airport. Otherwise, there is also the 65 bus that takes you through half of Nuremberg. With the bicycle it takes about 10 minutes to the central station, or 5minutes to Rathenauplatz.
The Stadtpark is just around the corner, in case you want to run or go for a walk.
Shopping can be done in the immediate vicinity at Norma or at Netto or a little further away at Aldi, Lidl and Edeka.
A pharmacy and a bakery are also just around the corner.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern verbringen auch mal einen Abend miteinander d.h. wir treffen uns beim Essen in der Küche, quatschen, machen mal einen Spieleabend usw.. Im Sommer gehts auch mal auf ein Bier auf eine Wiese oder ins Freibad/ an den See. Wenn man seine Ruhe will gilt: Einfach Tür zumachen und keiner stört. Unter der Woche geht es bei uns eher ruhig zu, da wir ja alle berufstätig sind.
Im Haushalt helfen alle mit, jeder macht sein Zeug weg, so bleibts auch easy sauber.

We are definitely not a purpose-built flat share, but sometimes we spend time together in the evening. Sometimes we go swimming together in the weekend or after work, or to an event, depending on who is there and has time and will. If you want peace and quiet, just close the door and nobody will disturb you.
During the week it is also rather quiet in the flat, as we are all working.
Everyone helps with the cleaning, and takes care of their own stuff, so everything stays easily clean.
