ab dem 01.04.2009 wird mein Zimmer in unserer 2er WG frei. Meine Freundin Michelle bleibt noch weiter dort wohnen und jetzt suchen wir eine liebe Nachmieterin.
Für dein Reich gäbe es 2 Alternativen. Entweder du bewohnst mein Zimmer mit 11m² und nutzt noch die Hälfte von unserem "Arbeitszimmer" (7m²) mit oder du bekommst beide Zimmer oder eben auch nur mein Zimmer. Aber das kann man ja alles noch besprechen.
Die Miete würde mit der Hälfte des kleinen Zimmers ca. 263€ betragen und ohne ca. 235€. Darin enthalten ist dann Strom und Heizung. Fernseher und Telefon muss noch einmal extra gezahlt werden. Beide Anschlüsse sind aber logischer Weise bereits vorhanden.
