Ich vermiete befristet eines meiner beiden Zimmer. Das hellen Zimmer geht zur ruhigen Gartenseite des Hause. Ausgestattet mit einem großen Regal, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie Beleuchtung. Da es sich eigentlich um mein Wohnzimmer handelt, steht im Moment auch noch ein großes Sofa dort das ich auf Wunsch aber in den Keller schaffe und Du Platz für ein Bett bzw. Kleiderständer hast.
Die U- Bahn Haltestelle Hohe Material ist in 1 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es viele. Ruhige Straße mit kleinen Häusern, super wenn man bedenkt wie Zentral die Wohnung liegt.
Ich mache mich im Moment selbstständig und bin eigentlich nur zum schlafen in der Wohnung. Am Wochenende bin ich auch viel unterweg.
Für mich ist die Vermietung eine Zwischenlösung bis sich bei mir wieder alles normalisiert hat. Was aber nicht heißen soll das ich mich nicht auf meinen neuen Mitbewohner freue und das man auch mal was zusammen machen kann. Vielleicht helfe ich ja jemandem der gerde noch ganz dringend was vor Semesterbeginn braucht.
