Hallo,
wir sind ein Mix aus arbeitenden Studenten und Berufstätigen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, kochen gerne mal zusammen und gehen am Wochenende oft zusammen aus.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer kann voll- bzw. teilmöbliert abgegeben werden - je nach Absprache mit der Vermieterin.
Insgesamt sind wir 6 Leute, haben aber auch 3 Bäder! :)
Wir besitzen zusätzlich zu den oben angegebenen Punkten noch einen Trockner, ein Bügeleisen/-brett, einen WG Drucker und auch von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zur Ice-Crashmaschine, Ofen, Herd und Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden.
Schneeräumdienst sowie die Reinigung des Treppenhauses sind im Preis bereits inklusive.
Wir sind 1 Gehminute von der Wiso entfernt, 30m zur Ubahnhaltestelle Rathenauplatz. Gegenüber ist ein Rewe, Penny und dm. Bis zum Hauptmarkt sind es ca. 8 Gehminuten.
Die beste WG!!!!! :)
