Helles Zimmer mit 20 m² und Fensterfront, möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, großem Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Beistelltisch, Kommode, Fernseher, Regal, Ledersessel, Ledersofa, Bett mit Matraze (140x200). Ablöse Möbel komplett 150 Euro.
Zentraler geht´s nicht! Eine Minute zu Fuß zur Uni, eine Minute zum Norma, Thai in der Straße, drei Minuten zum Hauptmarkt...
Dennoch bisher immer nen Bewohnerparkplatz vor der Tür gefunden.
Die Bewohner sind zum einen ein sehr netter, ordentlicher 18-jähriger, der hier zum Praktikum ein Jahr lebt.
Zum anderen unsere Hauptmieterin, eine sehr unternehmungslustige, jung gebliebene, 34-jährige Engländerin (spricht nur Englisch und Italienisch), die bei Adidas arbeitet. Allerdings ist sie ab Ende Oktober zwei Monate weg und ein 26-jähriger Freund und Arbeitskollege wird solange ihr Zimmer bewohnen.
Unser bisheriger Mitbewohner muss berufsbedingt Nürnberg verlassen, nachdem er fast sieben Jahre das Zimmer bewohnt hat.
Es gibt keine Kündigungsfrist, es wird eigenverantwortlich ein Nachmieter gesucht!
Einzug ggf auch sofort möglich.
