Es handelt sich um eine WG mit 3 Zimmern wobei das 3. Zimmer als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird mit großem Ecksofa und Zugang zum Balkon. Bei der Küche ist alles dabei was man braucht (besonders wichtig, die Spülmaschine ;)). Das Badezimmer mit Badewannen-Dusche und Waschtrockner ist getrennt vom WC. Dein potenzielles Zimmer ist ca. 13m2 groß, freundlich hell und möbliert. Ich habe in dem Zimmer einen großen Schrank, Bett (140 cm), Sideboard und auf Wunsch gibt es noch einen Schreibtisch.
The appartment has 3 rooms whereas the 3rd room is a living room with a big couch and balcony. The kitchen is full furnished incl. dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub for showering and washer-dryer. The toilette is seperate from the bathroom. Your potential room is ca. 13m2, friendly and bright and furnished (Bed, closed, sideboard and on request desk).
Die Wohnung befindet sich unmittelbar zwischen der FAU und Mensa. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Sebalder Höfe), wenige Gehminuten zur U-Bahn Station und Innenstadt.
Ich liebe die Lage, es ist perfekt für Studenten der FAU oder OHM. Auch die Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof ist super und man ist in wenigen Minuten dort. Es kann alles zu Fuß erreicht werden und man ist nicht auf Bahn/Bus angewiesen.
The flat is located between the university (FAU) and caferteria. Closeby are a lot supermarkets and all you need. The Undergroud "Woehrder Wiese" is 4 min walk. The location is perfect for students (FAU and OHM). Also the central station is very close. All the points of interest are within walking distance.
Wir, die bisherigen Bewohnerinnen Nora und Erika, gehen für ein Semester ins Ausland (Nora) und die zweite zieht komplett aus, da Sie ihren Master in der Schweiz beginnt (Erika). Daher suchen wir eine Zwischenmiete und ein Zimmer wird unbefristet vermietet. Unsere WG ist kein Zweck-WG. Die Wohnung ist für ein tolles WG-Leben geeignet durch den großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Ecksofa und Tv. Außerdem lassen sich tolle Kochabende in der großzügigen Küche gestalten. Im März wenn ich wieder aus dem Ausland da bin würde ich dies auch gerne wieder so handhaben. Bei einem Treffen werdet ihr mich (Nora) kennenlernen.
My Flatmate (Erika) and me, leaving for a semester abroad and the other is moving out. Therefore we are looking for permanent tentant and subtentant. The flatshare is no partnership of convenience. The flat is perfect for flat-sharing. In March me, Nora, is coming back from the semester abroad and I'm moving back in.
In den Nebenkosten i.H.v. 97€ pro Monat ist alles enthalten (Wasser, Hausverwaltung, Heizkosten, Internet- sowie Telefon-Flatrate).
Die komplette Wohnung wurde innen 2011 komplett saniert und das Haus wurde vor 2 Jahren gedämmt und hat eine neue Fassade bekommen.
