Große, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, 2 Toiletten, Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Esszimmer. Tv Kabelanschluss im Zimmer. Aktuell steht ein großes Regalsystem im Zimmer, dieses kann aber abgebaut werden.
In der Wohnung leben aktuell ein alter Kater, der sich leider nicht mit anderen Katzen verträgt und eine kleine Hündin, die sich mit allem verträgt. Es gibt eine große Terrasse, auf der gegrillt werden darf.
Ein möglicher Einzugstermin steht noch nicht zu 100% fest, wahrscheinlich Anfang, Mitte September.
