-offen dafür, dass auch mal kleinere oder größere Gruppen an Freunden zum Essen oder nettem Beisammensein vorbeikommen
-Vorzug bei der Auswahl des Mitbewohners/der Mitbewohnerin wird dem gegeben der Küche/Schlafzimmer Einrichtung übernimmt
-sollte im Juli/August diesen Jahres einziehen können
