Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m² groß, nicht möbiliert und durch die 2 großen Fenster mit schön lichtdurchflutet und offen, mit Parkettboden und hoher Decke. Alle Schlafzimmer der Wohnung sind gleich groß und auch gleich geschnitten.
Die Wohnung besitzt außerdem eine schön helle, liebevoll eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank, ein Bad mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne, eine separate Toilette und das offene Wohnzimmer als Highlight der Wohnung mit Glasdach, Fernseher und zwei Sofas, sowie zwei Abstellkammern.
Direkt am Hauptmarkt ist die Wohnung perfekt gelegen, diverse Bars, Café's und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe machen die Lage nicht unattraktiver.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zwischen einer Minute (Bus) und drei Minuten (Ubahn und Straßenbahn) entfernt, allgemein ist aber alles auch sehr angenehm zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Auch die Wiso ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und damit ebenso schnell zu erreichen wie Kinos, Parkanlagen, der Bahnhof und diverse Clubs und Bars.
Wir 20 und 23 Jahre alt, studieren beide an der FAU hier in Nürnberg und sind sehr umgängliche Menschen mit einer gesunden Balance zwischen Feiern und ruhigen Abenden.
