We have a main bathroom with shower and bath and also a guest bathroom. The flat has already furniture with everything needed. Located in the 2nd Floor with elevator. We have a parking space underground if needed.

Amazing location in a semi-private area, very chill and quiet but also very easy to move around the city.
2 mins walking from Rathenauplatz, near a Rewe and Penny, Pharmacy, DM, DHL and 10 mins walking from the Haupmarkt and Wöhrder Wiese. There is outdoor parking options normally available and one underground parking space if needed.
I'm a Mexican guy living in Germany for almost 2 years now, working in Adidas but doing Home Office since November. I'm a really easy going person, open-minded and very respectful of shared spaces and privacy and I am looking forward to share the apartment with someone who is like-minded.
Besides the respect of time and privacy I would also expect to have some sharing time between the roommate and myself. I love music, BBQs, movies, food, videogames and board games, which I would like to share with the person who moves in with me.
The person should be able to provide 3 income documents (pay slips for example) and have a nice relax vibe that could fit in with the atmosphere of the apartment. Me personally, I'm a Mexican guy living in Germany for almost 2 years now, working in Adidas. I love to play video games, watch movies and also go out for walks and hang out with friends. I am also a DJ/Producer but I'm very respectful about the noise and shared space.
