Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster welches das Zimmer sehr hell macht (Morgensonne).
In dem Zimmer liegt ein heller Laminatboden, der schon innen lag als wir eingezogen sind.
Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich neben der Tafelhalle und ist somit auch mit der Linie 8 nach Erlenstegen wunderbar erreichbar. Ein Netto, Becker, Rossmann und ein Lotto sind in der näheren Umgebung ein größerer Supermarkt ist 10min zu Fuß entfernt aber mit Auto oder Rad kein Problem.
Für den abendlichen Notfall gibt es auch eine Tankstelle mit guter Getränkeauswahl
Mitbewohner bin ich, Albert (25) und arbeite in einer Kunstgalerie in der Innenstadt. Desweiteren mache ich gerade meine Mappe für ein Grafikstudium...
Ich bin ziemlich locker und für viele Späße zu haben.
Auf eine Zweck-WG hab ich keinen Bock vorallem weil man ja eh nur zu zweit in der Wohnung lebt
Besichtigung am liebsten immer ab 19 Uhr!
