I am starting an internship at Essen, I will leave this amazing room for 6 month.
The room is nice and and all furnished.and in a pretty quiet environment.
These objects come included in the room:
- Bed
- Desk with drawer
- Shelf
- Wardrobe
The flat is located in Sebald/St. Johannis in a very good and peaceful area of the city.
- There is a multitude of Grocery Shops (Rewe, Netto, Norma) in the area
- Close by is also the Westbad a public swimming pool
- you can get to the city center within 20 minutes by foot and there is Bus and Tram services within 5 minutes walking distance
Being able to speak English is mandatory!!!
(There are some Flatmates who either cant speak german or are still learning)
There is 8 other people in the flat from all around the world! The WG is organized with cleaning plan (weekly) and orga tickets (occasionally, everytime its needed)
There is a monthly 15€ Cashbox for GEZ and Cleaning Stuff and Internet
will be available from April 1 to September 30 with possible extension, but unfortunately, registration won't be possible.
