Das Zimmer ist ugf 14 m² groß, fast quadratisch mit einem Südfenster mit Rolladen mit Superaussicht! Der Boden ist aus holzbraunem Laminat, recht angenehm. Ich bin den Sommer über auf Reisen. Bett, Schränke und ein Schreibtisch sind drin.
Man hat kaum Stress mit Nachbarn, weder mit eigenem Lärm noch andersrum. Durch die Wände hört man von den anderen Wg-Mitgliedern natürlich ein bisschen was.
The room is approx. 14 squaremeters large, with a windows on southside with fantastic view! I am travelling the sommer. You can have my bed, cupboards and table. You hear almost nothing from the neighbours, a litte from the flatmates.
Die Wohnung ist mitten in einem größeren Wohngebiet. Es gibt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle 2 Min zu Fuß weg, zum HBF braucht man 12 Min öffentlich oder mit dem Fahhrad. Innenstadt sind 7 min Fahrrad und Ohm/Wiso sind ugf 10 min. Außerdem gibts die DESI zum partymachen direkt ums Eck und den Pegnitzgrund zum grillen, sonnen etc.
The flat is not far away from a big park and the next tram is 2 min. city-center is 15 min walk.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer WG mit super netten Mitbewohnern! Eine Philosophie-Studentin, ein Musiker, ein Kunststudent, ein Schriftsteller. Wir haben den ganzen Gang mit coolem Zeug vollgemalt
Ansonsten sitzen wir auch recht oft zusammen, kochen oder gehen zusammen raus.
Essen und sowas gehört alles allen. Gibt keine eigenen Kühlschrankfächer oder sowas. Sauberkeit ist total durchschnittlich, weder super sauber noch verdreckt. Die Spülmachine trägt auch gut dazu bei!
Bad recht klein, ohne Fenster. Klo einzeln. Außerdem gibts ne Abstellkammer und einen kleinen Raum in dem die Waschmaschine steht. Zum Lagern gibts nen großes Kellerabteil und ein Dachbodenabteil.
The room is in a crazy, cosy flatcommunity. We painted all the walls, cook together, dance a little or do whatever we want to. So if you feel crazy enough for us, ask for the room;)
