Wir, die sympatische 5-er Wg (Javi, Lisa, Daniel und Fabian) suchen ab 1.Okt einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG im Herzen Nürnbergs(St. Johannis).
Es handelt sich um ein helles, ca. 23-25 m^2 Eckzimmer im 2. Stock eines Altbaus. Durch die 3 großen Fenster hat man einen wirklich schönen Blick auf den Johannisfriedhof. Der Boden ist ein gut erhaltener Dielenboden, so wie sich das für einen Altbau gehört.:D
Der Mietpreis beläuft sich insgesamt auf 285€ im Monat ( mit Allem: Internet,Warm, Strom etc....)
Außerdem bietet die Wg ein ca. 25 m^2 Wohnzimmer, in dem man auch gerne mal zusammensitzt und ein renoviertes Bad sowie eine renovierte Küche. Alles in allem ist die Wg schätzungsweise so 135 m^2 groß.
