hallo zusammen,
da meine jetztige mitbewohnerin ende okt. wieder zurück nach hamburg geht, suchen wir,meine 2 katzen und ich zum 01.12.12 eine nette mitbewohnerin.
wir wohnen hier in einer 4 zi. altbauwohnung in johannes ca. mit 90m², 3.40m hohe decken im 3. og.
ich biete an 2 zimmer, das eine hat ca. 12m², das als schlafzimmer genutzt wurde und ein gr. zimmer mit ca. 20 m²,
einen südbalkon, eine ausgestattete neue küche und natürlich bad/ wc mit ner wanne, rauchen in der küche oder balkon ; )
die miete beläuft sich auf 315e + nk 120e + tel./hausordnung 21e.
ja zu mir, ich bin 34 jahre alt, bauzeichnerin, spiele gerne tischtennis, gehe auf konzerte und auch mal tanzen,
lad manchmal meine leute zum essen oder grillen auf dem balkon ein,
bin gerne in gesellschaft, zieh mich aber auch mal zurück, was ja hier gut funktioniert,
weil jeder 2 zi. zur verfügung hätte ; )
