Schönes,großes 16 qm Zimmer in guter Lage in St.Johannis.
Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bett, Kommode, Teppich, Laminatboden, Nachttisch). Waschmaschine in Abstellkammer sowie Sofa, Esstisch und Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schuhschrank im Flur auch vorhanden. WC und Bad sind getrennt. Küche ist sehr geräumig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 min zu Fuß. Pegnitzgrund(schöne Grünfläche zum grillen etc.) ca. 5 min zu Fuß, 10 min mit Fahrrad zur Wiso (Uni), 10 min mit Fahrrad in Innenstadt.
Gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn in die Stadt(ca 5 min).
Da mein eigentlicher Wg-Kollege (Ewald 24) bis ende April in China ein Praktikum macht, ist auch das andere Wg-Zimmer zwischenvermietet. Ab dem 1. Mai ist wird Ewald wieder einziehen. Momentan ist das Zimmer an Sophien vermietet.
Da die Wohnung ein Wohnzimmer hat ist geselliges Beisammensein vorprogrammiert. Gefeiert wird auch hin und wieder.
Am besten einfach ne sms schreiben oder anrufen. Wohnungsbesuch dann nach absprache. Am besten gegen Abend.
