In unserer superschönen 3er WG werden wegen Studienaufenthalt im Ausland 2 Zimmer( ca. 15qm und 19 qm) zum Einzugsdatum: 1.8 und 15.8.
frei. (genauer gesagt: 1.8. -31.12.13 und 15.08.-31.5.14)
Ein paar Eckdaten zur Wohnung bzw. dem Zimmer:
- Wohnung wurde neu renoviert (neue EBK und Spülmaschine, etc.)
- Zimmer sind vollständig möbliert, gut geschnitten und lichtdurchflutet
- Miete beträgt 285 € inkl. Strom, Heizung, Internet und Telefon
- perfekte Verkehrsanbindung: Friedrich-Ebert Platz (U-Bahn, Tram und Bus direkt vorm Haus)
- 5 min Radweg zu WISO bzw. 10min zu OHM Fachhochschule
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Rewe, DM) sind direkt vor der Haustüre
Jetzt zu unserer verbleibenden Bewohnerin: :)
- Sport- und Musikinteressiert (eher passiv als aktiv )
- Feierlustig und hat nichts gegen ein Feierabendbier oder -wein
- Jogginghosenliebhaber
- Sagt nicht nein zu Spiele bzw. DVD Abenden
- Kocht gerne gemeinsam
