Ich suche ab 1. September bis Ende des Jahres eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für eine 2er-Wg.
Die Wohnung hat 2 circa 16m² große Zimmer(eines davon dann für dich),eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines renovierten Altbaus. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert!

Die Wohnung ist zentral im schönen Norden Nürnbergs 8(Stadtteil St. Johannis) gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke(Rewe, Norma, Roßmann).
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Tram) sind gleich um die Ecke. Das Pegnitztal ist auch nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt!
Zum Hauptmarkt und zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten.
Es wird jemand zur Zwischenmiete gesucht.
Ich selbst bin 23,m, Student, unkompliziert und würde mich freuen, wenn du nicht nur eine Zweck-Wg suchst.
