Hallo Zusammen,
die Wohnung hat insgesamt 44 Quadratmeter, 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Klo sind getrennt. Der Flur teilt die Zimmer untereinander auf.
Das Zimmer is quadratisch im Schnitt und hat den Zugang zum Balkon zur Westseite der Wohnung. Der Balkon ist überdacht und daher auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gemütlich. Ein kleiner Tisch und Stühle sind auch schon vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist zentrumnah.Zur Burg mit dem Rad sinds 7 Minuten, zur Innstadt 10 Minuten und zur Uni/WISO Fakultät sind es auch nur 10-15 MInuten. Also sehr easy. Einkaufen auch kein Problem, Rewe Norma und co alles um die Ecke.
Runter zum Pegnitztal mit Grillwiese und Schwimmbad zu Fuß 5-10 Minuten.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Sehr wenig Verkehr mit teils Anwohner- teils freiem Parken. Somit findest du für dein Auto im Umkreis auf jedenfall was. Die St.Johannisstraße mit der Trambahn ist 200m weg.
Also eigentlich, wie ich finde eine Top-Lage.
Ich bin 26 und ursprünglich komme ich aus dem hohen Norden nördlich von Hamburg. Ich mache jetzt meinen Master hier in Nürnberg.
