großzügig geschnittenes Zimmer. Ca. 15 m2.
Quadratisch geschnitten, ohne Dachschräge.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 60 m2 und wurde vor 2 Jahren renoviert.
Das Haus wurde 1920 gebaut. Es ist also eine gemütliche Altbauwohnung.
Ansonsten ist in der Wohhnung alles vorhanden:
- Küche mit Spühlmaschine
- Waschmaschine
- Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne
- Toilette getrennt
- großer Keller
Direkt am Pegnitzufer... da braucht man keinen Balkon!
Wären wir bei "Wünsch-Dir-Was!" hätte ich (24 Jahre) gerne eine/n Mitbewohner/ der/die gerne mal ein Glas Wein trinkt oder auch ein Bier. Von Zweck-WG´s war ich noch nie überzeugt.
Zudem sollte eine gewisse Grundordnung in der Wohnung gehalten werden.
Ich stehe nicht sonderlich auf große WG Partys... für gemütlich zusammensitzen bin ich allerdings sehr zu begeistern.
Ich biete lange WG Erfahrung, kann kochen und Ordnung halten und bin sehr unternehmungslustig.
Ich bin keine Studentin mehr, sondern berufstätig.
Damit einher geht, dass ich meinem Mitbewohner/ meiner Mitbewohnerin auch mal Ruhe gönne.
