Ich, Danial, 26, und Alex, 21, suchen eine/n Mitbewohner/in für einem großen Zimmer in einer 3er WG in St. Johannis.
Das Zimmer ist 10 qm groß, hat eine Fenster und kann auf Wunsch möbliert weitergegeben werden.
Die WG ist keinerlei eine Zweck-WG, jedoch hat jeder seine eigene Ruhe. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und entspannt. Wir beiden studieren an der FAU Erlangen, wobei die Lage der Wohnung ideal für FAU-Studenten ist - man braucht cca 8 min nach Thon, in 3 Gehminute ist man am Friedrich-Ebert-Platz und zur Burg sind es insgesamt nur
10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Hello everyone,
I, Danial, 26, and Alex 21, are looking for a flatmate in the nice 3er WG in St.Johannis.
The room is 10 sq.meters and has a big window, and is unfurnished.
In the WG everyone has his own privacy.
The atmosphere in the flat is friendly and relaxed. We study in FAU Erlangen, and the connectivity for any type of public transport is super awesome. Friedrich ebert platz is 3 minute by foot, and the castle some 10 minutes.
