Meine Mitbewohnerin wird beruflich versetzt und deshalb suche ich wieder ein(e) neu(e) Mitbewohner(in). Unsere Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadteil St. Johannis und umfasst insgesamt circa 67 m². Sie besteht aus einem hellen Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, einer Küche inkl. Spül-und Waschmaschine und ziemlich vielen Küchengeräten und -utensilien, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, an das der Südbalkon angrenzt (im Sommer Sonne pur), die beiden Schlafzimmer und einen kleinen praktischen Abstellraum. Zudem gibt es einen gut gesicherten Fahrradkeller, der vom gesamten Haus genutzt wird. Dein Zimmer ist circa 18 m² groß und hat eine große Fensterfront. Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad sind bereits wie auf den Bildern zu sehen möbliert. Für dein Zimmer müsstest du noch Möbel mitbringen.

As my roomate is send somewhere else by her company her room will be for rent. Our appartment is in beautiful St. Johannis and is around 67 m². The bathroom is superbride due to the big window and has a bathtup. The kitchen includes a dish washer as well as a washing machine and a lot of other electronical and non-electronical equipment. Through the cozy livingroom you can access our southside balcony. Furthermore there is our two bedrooms and a tiny room for storage.
Your room is around 18 m² and and has big windows as well. It is non-furnished and the only room you need to bring your own furniture.
Furthermore there is a basement where you can store your bike.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße im schönen Stadtteil St. Johannis. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäcker, Metzger, Rewe, Norma, ...) sowie viele weitere Geschäft (Buchhandlung, Apotheke, Post...) sind in Fußnähe.
Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut. Die nächste U-Bahn ist nur eine Straße weiter, die Tramstation erreicht man in 3 Gehminuten, die Bushaltestelle in 5 Gehminuten. Der Shuttle-Bus für Adidasmitarbeiter fährt unweit der Wohnung ab.
Die Wohnung befindet sich Nahe des Nürnberger Wiesengrunds. Auch die Altstadt erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in circa 10 Minuten.
Die Parksituation vor dem Haus ist meistens gut. Zudem gibt es die Möglichkeit eine Anwohnerplakette zu erwerben.

The apartment is located in St. Johannis with a lot of stores (supermarkets, bakery, butchery, book store,…) close by.
If you own a car the parking situation is good and we have parking spots for local residents just in front of the house. Also the subway, tram and bus are closeby as well as
the shuttle bus for Adidas employees.
Nürnbergs largest parc, the Wiesengrund, is around ten minutes to walk and the center can be reached with a bike within 10 minutes.
Da meine Mitbewohner auszieht, suche ich eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in, für ein unkompliziertes und schönes WG-Leben. Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel. Frühestmöglicher Termin wäre vermutlich um den 15.06.2017, aber auch ein späterer Zeitpunkt ist mögich!
Insgesamt sind wir zu viert in der Wohnung. Es leben nämlich noch zwei vierbeinige Mitbewohner mit uns:
Lilly, eine mittelgroße Windhundemischlingshündin, die von Besuch oft nicht wahrgenommen wird, da sie sich in der Wohnung kaum bemerkbar macht. Und Kleia, eine pfiffige Labradormischlingshündin, die für jeden Spaß zu haben ist, ohne dabei zu aufdringlich zu werden. Du solltest also auf jedem Hunde mögen und dich nicht an Hundehaaren stören, die leider trotz fast täglichem saugen zu finden sind.
Unsere Freizeit verbringen die Hunde und ich hauptsächlich draußen in der Natur, bei ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, beim Grillen mit Freunden oder gemeinsamen Abendessen unter Freunden bei uns Zuhause.
Die Wohnung ist keine Party-WG, dennoch gehen regelmäßig Freunde (und manchmal deren Vierbeiner) ein und aus, so dass es hier selten langweilig ist
Hast du Lust auf ein unkompliziertes Miteinander, vllt auch auf gemeinsame Kochenabende oder auch nur ein gemeinsames Feierabendbierchen auf dem Balkon oder andere gemeinsame Aktivitäten und möchtest die Vorteile vom Zusammenleben mit Hunden, ohne die damit verbundenen Verpflichtungen genießen, freuen wir uns auf deine Nachricht.

You would share the apartment with me and my two dogs. A greyhound mix and a Labrador mix. Lilly, the greyhound is quite calm inside the apartment whereas Kleia, the Labrador always loves to get some attention. Both dogs do lose hairs so you shouldn’t be too picky with that.
I and the dogs spend quite some time outdoor, hiking, having barbecue with friends or having friends over at our appartment for dinner.
The appartment is not a party area, but regularily a meeting point for hanging out together.
If you love dogs and want to take advantage of living together with them totaly free from any duty and you want to enjoy a uncomplicated sharing appartment life perhaps with some dinner nights and other activities together do not hesitate to contact us.
In der Miete sind bereits alle Kosten, auch Internet und GEZ enthalten.
Da eine Stadtwohnung auf Dauer mit zwei Hunden wohl eher ungeeignet ist, plane ich in ein bis zwei Jahren aufs Land zu ziehen. Die Wohnung könnte dann gerne übernommen werden.

As a apartment in the city is not really convenient with two dogs on the long run I plan to move out in the next one to two years. If you wish you could stay then as a principal tenant.
