Hello,
as our dear flatmate is leaving us and moving in with her boyfriend, we have a nice spacious 16 sqm room available. The room is very well laid out and faces west, so it is always nice and bright in the afternoon and evening.
It costs 325 Euro, all bills included (with internet and everything) and you would have the biggest room in our flatshare.
We prefer someone who has a vegetarian diet.
We have also a cleaning lady who is coming once a week to clean the common areas. That is 9 per person per week.
There is enough space in the basement and in the attic to store your things.
The nearest tram stop (line 6) is only a 5-minute walk away. The underground, station Bärenschanze, is not much further away. The old town is less than 10 minutes away by bike.
Shopping facilities are also within easy reach: a bakery directly opposite, Rewe, Aldi as well as a pharmacy and other shops about 5 minutes from here.
There are also few good restaurants around.
Bicycles can be locked in the garden or in the basement.
We are Martina and Hillary.
Hillary (25) is new in Nuremberg and working in a school, likes to spend time at home, watching series and snacking ;) But she also likes to go for walks in the park and through the city.
Martina (28) likes to be out with friends and travel :) Together we like to attempt baking and have a pint in the Irish pubs.
We are both very open-minded people.
We would like someone friendly, organised, honest and chatty.
We would be happy to share activities such as chatting over a glass of wine or food.
A certain degree of cleanliness is important to us, which is why you should also be familiar with cleaning and keeping things tidy ;)
The flat has a total of 65 square metres. We have a well-equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and a sitting area), a pantry, a washing machine, a bathroom, a separate toilet.
There is large green courtyard, there you can sit outside in the summer or talk to the squirrels in the autumn.
Important:
If your interested you can buy the furniture that is already in the room for a small fee. This concerns the wardrobe, the lamp as well as the curtains, 4 shelves on the wall, 1 bookcase as well as the desk and drawer element.
The price for this is 170€. So you only have to bring your own bed :)
If you are interested we'll put you in touch with the girl who is leaving the flat to discuss this.
There is a fee for the kitchen, the new washing machine which were bought by the previous tenants. This is 300 €.
The caution is 558 euros.
