Für ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer in einer 2Wer Wg suche ich eine freundliche Mitbewohnerin.
Das geräumige Zimmer gehört zu einer renovierten Altbauwohnung mit grossem Erker. Die Möbel des Schlafzimmers müssen nicht übernommen werden (Pax Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Bettgestell).
Die Wohnung enthält ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Kamin voll ausgestatt. Dieses nutze ich oft für Homeoffice.
In der Küche befindet sich ein moderner Gasherd, sowie Spülmaschine. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf den Balkon zu einem ruhigen Innenhof hinaus. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es im Abstellraum. Das Bad ist klein aber mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Einen Kellerraum gibt es auch, sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder im Innenhof.
Die Wohnung liegt gleich um die Ecke vom Friedrich-Ebert-Platz mit Ubahn und Tram-Anschluss. Dort gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Zur WG: Wir achten sehr auf Pflege und Sauberkeit der Wohnung, da alles neu und modern ausgestattet ist.

I am looking for a friendly roommate for a partially furnished room in a 2-person flat.
The spacious room belongs to a renovated old building with a large bay window.
The apartment contains a large living room with a cozy fireplace, fully equipped. I use this for my home office.
The kitchen has a modern gas stove and a dishwasher. From the kitchen there is access to the balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. There is a washing machine in the storage room. The bathroom is small but equipped with a bathtub. There is also a cellar room and storage space for bicycles in the inner courtyard.
The apartment is just around the corner from Friedrich-Ebert-Platz with subway and tram connections. There are plenty of shopping opportunities there. The city center is within walking distance.
About the flat share: We pay a lot of attention to the care and cleanliness of the apartment, as everything is new and modern.
