Hi! Ich suche eine Person die über die Sommermonate das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners übernimmt.
Das Zimmer ist 10 m² groß, hell und zum sehr ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen. Es gibt ein großes Bett mit einer gemütlichen Bett 1 Matratze (140 x 200 cm, H3/H4). Das Bett ist auf einem Podest gebaut und mit Schubladen für genügend Stauraum versehen. Außerdem gibt es eine Kleiderstange, ein Regal und einen Schreibtisch.
Vermietet wird das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete im Sommer von Mai / Juni bis September. Der genaue Ein- bzw. Auszugstermin ist aber flexibel, der Zeitraum kann mit uns abgesprochen werden.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch eine schöne Küche mit Abstellkammer und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein weiteres Zimmer, ein kleines Badezimmer und ein separates Klo. Die Wohnung ist erst vor kurzem modernisiert worden und in einem guten Zustand.

The room is 10 m², bright and facing the very quiet backyard. There is a large bed with a comfortable bett1.de mattress (140 x 200 cm, H3/H4). The bed is built on a platform and has drawers for enough storage space. There is also a clothes rail, a small shelf and a desk.
The room is rented for intermediate rent in the summer from April to September. The exact move-in or move-out date is flexible, however, the period can be arranged with us.
In the apartment there is a nice kitchen with storage room and a spacious living room with balcony, another room, a small bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment has been recently modernized and is in good condition.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Pegnitzgrund in der Nähe des Westbads höhe Lederersteg. Vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt ins Grüne. Die Wohnung ist Nord-Süd ausgerichtet und lichtdurchflutet. Im Sommer steht die Sonne im Westen lange am Himmel.

Bärenschanze U-Bahn: 8 min zu Fuß
Westfriedhof Tram: 5 min zu Fuß
Rothenburger Str. : 8-10 min mit Fahrrad

The apartment is located directly on the Pegnitzgrund near the Westbad höhe Lederersteg. From the balcony you look directly into the greenery. The apartment is north-south oriented and flooded with light. In summer, the sun is in the west long in the sky.

Ich bin 34 und mein Mitbewohner verbringt die Sommermonate im Van. Daher ist sein Zimmer in dieser Zeit frei. Wir kennen uns noch von früher, haben ähnliche Interessen (Klettern, Kochen, ...) und führen wir ein unkompliziertes WG-Leben. Wir teilen uns bspw. unsere Lebensmittel, kochen meist vegetarisch und sind gerne draußen in der Natur oder im Urlaub. In der Wohnung neben an, wohnen noch gute Freunde von uns, was das Wohnen hier noch etwas familiärer macht.

I am 34 and my roommate spends the summer months in his van. Therefore, his room is free during this time. We've known each other from earlier times, share similar interests (climbing, cooking, ...) and lead an uncomplicated shared flat life. For example, we share groceries, mostly cook vegetarian meals, and enjoy being outdoors in nature or on vacation. In the apartment next door, some good friends of ours also live, which makes living here even more familial.
I'm looking for an uncomplicated and humorous shared flat life with an open-minded mindset. Ideally, working professionals sharing the flat.
