Die Wohnung wurde im Frühjahr 2013 wie das gesamte Haus vollständig renoviert und von mir erst-bezogen. Es ist quasi alles neu. Die Wohnung hat knapp 65 qm und das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 4,5 m x 3 m groß. Und im Haus selbst wohnen eigentlich nur junge und freundliche Leute.
Teilweise könnten Möbelstücke übernommen werden!
Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle St. Leonhard entfernt! Einmal um die Ecke und du bist dort und innerhalb von 2 Haltestellen auch schon am Plärrer. Zum Einkaufen gibts im Umkreis von 5-10 Minuten Fußweg alles erdenkliche (Kaufland, Rewe, Aldi, Norma, Müller...). Die Wohnung liegt außerdem in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Ich selbst bin berufstätig und tagsüber im Büro! Du solltest jemand sein mit dem man ein Feierabend Bier/Wein trinken kann und abends oder am Wochenende auch mal zusammen kochen kann. Ich schätze es aber auch, wenn ich abends mal meine Ruhe habe. Sollte aber keine Zweck WG werden, in der man sich nur Guten Tag (wenn überhaupt) sagt und das wars dann.
Die Wohnung ist an und für sich voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Trockner etc. Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine gibt es aktuell nicht.
Falls ihr euch fragt warum ich eine/einen neue/neuen Mitbewohner(in) suche? Die jetzige Mitbewohnerin zieht es beruflich nach Stuttgart.
