Ich suche ab Februar 2016 einen neuen Mitbewohner in einer ~60m² WG.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Bad, Küche, Flur, Abstellkammer, 2 Zimmern und Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 Quadratmeter groß und unmöbliert.
Es ist frisch gestrichen. (Weiß)
Zur Miete von 220 € im Monat kommen noch ca. 40€ Nebenkosten (inkl. Internet 25.000) und Strom mit 24€ dazu.
Das Zimmer ist schön Hell.
Die nächste Ubahn-Haltestelle (St. Leonhard) ist ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die U2 Fährt alle 5 min und ab 20 Uhr alle 10 min.
Von da aus ist man in 8 Minuten an der Wöhrder Wiese (TH Nürnberg).
Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es max 5 min mit der Ubahn.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt (großer Kaufland) und guten Döner gibt es auch gleich ums Eck ;)
Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es reichlich, meist direkt vor dem Haus.
Ich bin 24, sehr aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert und suche einen Mitbewohner zwischen 21-28.
Ich bilde mich momentan zum Maschinenbautechniker weiter. (4. Semester)
Ich koche sehr gerne mit Freunden und gehe auch gerne mal Abends weg und es wäre schön, wenn es nicht nur eine Zwecks-WG wäre, sondern das man auch gerne mal zusammen was unternimmt.
Küchenausstattung etc. ist da, leider ohne Spühlmaschine.
Besichtigungen sind Nachmittags/Abends je nach Vereinbarung möglich.
