weil ich mal allein wohnen erfahren möchte, suche ich nach einer Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer. Es befindet sich in Sankt Leonhard, fast neben der U-bahn Haltestelle, es ist voll möbliert (Einzel Bett, Garderobe, Tisch, Kommode usw.) Die Wohnung ist auch eingerichtet und mit alles möglich zu Verfügung (Teller, Pfanne, Mikrowelle, Tisch, usw)
since I would like to experience living alone, I am looking for a girl who wants to rent my room, the room is in the Sankt Leonhard neighborhood, right next to the subway station, the room has all the furniture possible, (Bed, closet, table, drawers, etc) The apartment counts also with all the facilities (dishes, pans, microwave, table, fridge, etc)
Die Lage ist perfekt! es gibt viele Supermarkts in der Nähe (Kauffland ist gleich neben der Wohnung und Aldi und Netto sind 10 Minuten fern zu Fuß) Es gibt auch andere Geschäfte wie Müller, DM, usw) Dei UBahn haltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der U-Bahn ist der Hauptbahnhof 6 Minuten fern und wenn du nach Erlangen fahren musst, ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle dafür nur 2 Minuten fern. Also die Lage ist toll und du kannst nicht besseres finden =)
The location is simply perfect, this is a very calm and safe neighborhood since there are many schools and families around. You would have a big Kauffland next to you which is so much better and cheaper that anyother supermarket, although and Aldi and a Netto are also a few blocks away. There is also a Müller and many Imbiss where you can by food and pizza and everything for those lazy sundays =)
Es gibt 2 Mitbewohnerin. die studieren und arbeiten. Sevetlana studiert an der FAU und Maria arbeitet. Alles ist hier unkompliziert und sehr ruhig. . Es ist kein party WG aber ab und zu darfst du hier feiern.
Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gebäude und die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich und sicher =)
