Ab Dezember suchen wir eine neue Mitbewohner*In für unsere WG in Nürnberg St. Leonhard.
Die Wohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren komplett renoviert und hat alles für ein entspanntes WG Leben:
• Voll Ausgestattete Küche inkl. GESCHIRRSPÜLER
• Bad mit moderner WASCHMASCHINE
• Getrenntes WC
• Helle 4 Zimmer zur Südseite gelegen
• U-Bahn vor der Tür.
Zu vermieten ist ein 15 m^2 Zimmer für 280 EUR + ca. 33 EUR Nebenkosten. Hell, mit zwei fenstern, großer Heizung, um es schön zu heizen. Mutige können auf der Fensterbank chillen und ein Gefühl von Balkon bekommen.
Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert zu vermieten. Kleiderschrank mit Vorhang davor (türen können gekauft werden) (neu ca. 170 EUR), 1,60 Bett (neu ca. 420 EUR) mit viel Stauraum darunter (aufklappbar) incl. gepflegter Matratze (neu ca. 250 EUR), licht, - alles in den letzten 3 Jahren gekauft und selten benutzt weil Pendler und während Covid nicht belebt. - als Ablöse für die Möbel werden 250 EUR veranschlagt.
Die U2 vor der Tür fährt alle 3-5 min und erreicht

From Dec onwards we are looking for a new roommate in our lovely flashare in Nuremberg St. Leonhard in a recently renovated super bright apartment with rooms facing the south. It has everything needed for a rexlaxed and fraction free life together:
• Fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher
• Bathroom with modern washing machine
• Seperated toilet
• Subway at the doorstep
The free room is 15sqm and costs 280 + 33 EUR for internet & amenities. It is south facing, full of light due to 2 windows, and a big radiator makes it cozy & warm instantly. If you are not afraid of hights one can sit on the window sill and chill.
With the room followin will be handed over - bed, 2x1,6m with lots of storage space below, wardrobe with a curtain to close (doors can be bought), comfy and well maintained mattress - all if bought new ca. ca. 900 EUR, 250 EUR will be asked if you decide to move in - of course we can negotiate. - All well in shaped and rarely used due to the room being just place for work commutes, and not used during covid.
LOCATION
The Subway U2 is in front of the door and has a 3-5 min schedule thus the city is amazingly connected.

connection & chemistry are key. Humor, respect, being relaxed and honesty are key – besides having a level of cleanliness for a relaxed living together. The roommates are always down for a beer, wine or tea and talk about the everything or nothing or just have banter. However we also enjoy some quite time in our rooms and respect the same.
THE ROOMMATES
Domi, 24 & Mo, 24 - both Students from Fanconia and easy to live with. Great guys! Into sports, a chat, a drink, and in general living together harmoniously.
