Die Möbel bleiben im Zimmer und können während des Aufenthaltes frei genutzt werden.
Für die Miete fallen monatlich 400€ an.
Die Kaution beläuft sich eimalig auf 650€.
Die Wohnung befindet in St. Leonhard, Nürnberg - in der Nähe des Fernsehturms (der vom Balkon aus zu sehen ist).
Die nächste UBahn Station ist 3-5 Minuten entfernt (St. Leonhard oder Schweinau) - man kommt also super schnell in die Stadt, zur Uni oder zur Arbeit.
Auch der nächste Supermarkt (Kaufland) ist direkt um die Ecke und Rewe, Müller, DM und Aldi sind 5 Minuten Gehweg die Straße hoch entfernt - sogar ein Baumarkt ist nicht weit weg!
Wir wohnen zu viert in unserer schönen WG - 2 Jungs & 2 Mädels. Du wirst mit mit Devisha (26, Studentin), Martin (29, Berufstätig) und Ferhat (36, Student) zusammenwohnen.
Das Zuammenleben ist super entspannt. Gerne wird zusammen gekocht oder auch mal was unternommen. :)
Noch eine kurze Info zu mir: Ich bin Johanna (26, Studentin) und werde ab Februar für 5 Monate ein Auslandssemester antreten, weshalb ich eine UntermieterIN für mein Zimmer suche.
Wir würden gernen ein erstes Kennenlernen bzw eine Besichtigung der Wohnung online durchführen, da wir alle aktuell sehr busy sind. Eine Besichtigung vor Ort könnte sich nur spontan ergeben.
