Zimmer in der Regensburger WG

Das Zimmer liegt in der unmittelbaren Nähe zum St. Peter Wohnheim. Die Technische Hochschule ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof ca. 15 Minuten. Sollte man es jedoch eiliger haben ist der Bus Richtung Hauptbahnhof (5 Minuten Fahrt) oder Rathenauplatz (15 Minuten Fahrt) nur etwa 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch die S-Bahn Station Dürrenhof ist zu Fuß in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch Grünflächen, wie etwa die Whörder Wiese oder der Whörder See sind in 10 Minuten erreicht. Außerdem ist das E4 auch nur 15 Minuten entfernt (mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 ;)

Uns allen ist es wichtig, dass es keine Zweck-WG ist, in der einfach aneinander vorbei gelebt wird.
Die WG befindet sich in einem Haus mit zwei anderen WGs, heißt wer gerne Kontakte knüpft, ist hier an einer sehr guten Adresse.
Die WG setzt sich zusammen aus Anja, Amna, Xaver und bald vielleicht auch dir :)
Anja ist bereits in das Berufsleben eingestiegen und arbeitet bei der Deutschen Bahn als Projektingenieurin. Wenn sie nicht gerade liest oder kocht, ist sie öfter mal beim Schwimmen anzutreffen.
Xaver macht zurzeit seinen Master in irgendwas mit BWL an der TH-Nürnberg. Er ist ein Boulderjunkie und ist in seiner Freizeit auch sonst gerne sportlich aktiv oder trifft sich mit Freunden.
Amna ist unser neuster Zuwachs, sie studiert an der FAU Psychologie im Master und gönnt sich gerne ein ausgiebiges Frühstück, häkelt ganz gerne mal und freut sich auch auf ein aktives WG-Leben.

Wie bereits erwähnt, gibt es in der Wohnung Ölöfen, für die einmal jährlich Öl gekauft werden muss. Diese belaufen sich grob hochgerechnet auf 25 € im Monat.

Mir ist klar, dass viele ein unbefristetes Zimmer in Nürnberg suchen, jedoch würde ich mich nicht abschrecken lassen, da sich durch die vielen Kennenlernmöglichkeiten auch schnell etwas längerfristiges ergeben kann.

Hello dear people looking for a flat share :)

as I am doing a semester abroad, I would like to rent out my room fully furnished (some things can be stored in the basement). The room is probably the nicest in the apartment because it still has the original stucco ceilings and a small bay window. Like all rooms, this one also has an oil stove, which not only sets the mood but also heats up the room very quickly.

The room is located in the immediate vicinity of the St. Peter hall of residence. The technical university is about 5 minutes away and the main train station about 15 minutes. However, if you are in a hurry, the bus to the main station (5-minute ride) or Rathenauplatz (15-minute ride) is only a 2-minute walk away. The Dürrenhof S-Bahn station can also be reached on foot in around 5 minutes.
Green spaces, such as Whörder Wiese or Whörder See, can also be reached in 10 minutes. In addition, the E4 is only 15 minutes away (by bike only 5 ;)

It is important to all of us that it is not a functional shared flat where people simply live past each other.
The shared flat is in a house with two other shared flats, so if you like socializing, this is a very good place to be.
The flat share is made up of Anja, Amna, Xaver and soon maybe you too :)
Anja has already started her career and works as a project engineer at Deutsche Bahn. When she's not reading or cooking, she can often be found swimming.
Xaver is currently doing his Master's degree in something with business administration at the TH Nuremberg. He's a bouldering junkie and also likes to do sports or meet up with friends in his free time.
Amna is our newest addition, she is studying for a Master's degree in Psychology at FAU and likes to treat herself to a hearty breakfast, crochet and is also looking forward to an active life in a shared flat.

As already mentioned, there are oil stoves in the apartment for which oil has to be purchased once a year. This amounts to a rough estimate of €25 per month.
I realize that many people are looking for a permanent room in Nuremberg, but I wouldn't be put off, as the many opportunities to get to know people can quickly lead to something longer-term.
